Freedome From a Wall

My grandmother is German, and used to tell me about the east and west side of Germany, and how her family had to escape over the mountains to get to freedom from the Russian occupiers. Her mother was shot at wile trying to escape. My grandmother was put into jail and almost assaulted, but they made it. When the wall came down she got to talk to a friend that she had not seen in over 40 years. They were best friends in college, and now they are again. This is a tribute to the tarring down of that symbol of oppression.
