There is a German saying "to cry ones eyes out" I guess this is what it means!

It took me a minute to see where the eyes had gone. At first I thought, oh what a sweet portrait but then I saw what I bleieved was blood dripping and then the eyes in the hand. It is very subtle and then it hits you. Great work!
