In India there is a yearly festival called Dawali. They use oil lamps like these to decorate their homes and gardens which symbolise coming out of darkness into light. This reminds me of this. But what is interesting is that all religious came from the same seed but that mankind’s traditions have caused so much confusion. Surly the purpose of our lives is to shun evil and keep our lamps burning bright so as to continue living without death. - Rabs
