This is both a drawing… Pencil then Ink & then digitally scanned & colored. It looks tremendous on canvas roughly 24 x 36. About the image: I actually have a friend named Brian who is in fact a surgeon, I always joke with him how he is a Brian surgeon. So here i wondered what if in fact there were a room full of patients named Brian. & what a relief for anyone not named Brian. No surgery for them!
