The poem used in this poem is one of my favourite, and I think is especially apt when describing artists. We truly are the World-Forsakers. And with that, the image of these 2 ( in the eyes of the world ) losers came into my mind. Our vocation as artists demand we stand apart from the crowd, and yet being human beings, we cannot help but be involved in some human activities. How do we balance this natural dilemma?
