Many of my paintings are brought to life through the music I listen to. "A Hero's Tale" is a song lyric of one of Dan Fogelberg's songs. When I heard that and looked at this painting I could see a warrior returning from battle to his homeland telling everyone of his victory. As the darkness drifts away there is victory in the brightness of a new day. Keeping to the earth tone colors, this oil painting was created on an acrylic primed canvas board. Hanging hardware is not included.
