,,,,,,,also Ants dig tunnels ,great aerators of our soil,they actually bring in oxygen & food to the roots of the plants.They are also great house keepers as they remove all the totem leaves from the plant .They are terrific like our Honey Bees.,,,we need the ants as they really are our garbage Collectors .Just watch them work on a Flower Bloom,careful not to hurt the petals or stem keeping them Clean from all insects.

Very nice Closeup ,terrific Photo,these Ants no matter what you might think visually are so beneficial to the care of these flowers a they did & Eat all the tiny Larvae laid by Flies and Al he aphids that eat the petals & stem,,,,,Ants are also our friends as they are terrific Pollinators like our Honey Bees.
