Artist Reply: Spellbinding !! That's a good word to describe where I live !Last evening we had lightning and I love watching it , its incredible , magnificent and magical and Spellbinding !!!this morning its black and overcast and cant see the lake at all ! During a ordinary day the whole lake changes colours many times with the wind shimmering the surface we have blues and greens and gray and splotches of brilliant sun light is it a little cloudy , single or some times multiple patch's all over, like s giant quilt !We live up on the 11th floor so get a excellent view all round .I sometimes go to the roof 17th floor just for a looksee , other people here never take any notice of what is here and pictures ive taken and printed our neighbor's are astounded and cant believe because they have shades drawn all the time and never see a thing ! Thank you all and everyone !!

Artist Reply: The sunrise changes every day so im up and out of bed well before the sun gets to colour the clouds and work its magic and I stand with camera at the ready !some times the magic is virtually seconds as the clouds race past and are a part of the colouring process then the sun come over the horizon and reflections on the lakes surface and this was one of those moments !
