Sandhill Crane is getting tame

One of the tallest birds in North America, the Sandhill Crane, first cousin to the tallest the Whooping Crane, has recently extended his range. He is usually seen with a mate and has no natural enemies so you will see them wondering around parking lots, in open fields or just passing through your back yard.
