You know that Art Wanted is not paying any monies to the Norwich Connecticut city Hall for showing their drawing maybe, someone need to contact them.

As you may know,, sadly,JoJo died October 30, 2019. This pencil drawing was donated to the Norwich Connecticut City Hall where it is displayed on the second floor with other Abraham Lincoln portraits and memorabilia.
