The dieselloc 8228 was builded in 1965 by the Belgian company ABR (Ateliers Belges Réuni) for the National company of Belgian railways (NMBS). This kind of machines were served as shunting engine and local delivery. Today the loc is in possesion of a Belgian train-association, completely restored and makes touristic trips.
