Artist Comments: "One of the largest kites I have ever seen is this huge 'airfoil' that when filled with air, it is very impressive! It was the hit of the kite festival. Most of the show it flew beautifully. One day, there was not enough wind to lift it, so the spectators were somewhat disappointed, but overall it made a big splash with the public. I painted it as I saw it, bright yellow against a glorious blue sky."
