Spring Warmth

This piece came about after sitting on my deck in the sun. I was enjoying the view out into my garden and suddenly had a tremendous desire to go create a sunlit yellow piece. This piece is created using all cut and torn paper with two layers of encaustic medium over the top. It is prepared on an 8 x 8" wood panel with a 1" cradle and it is ready for hanging.
