A view from Artist Point of the Lower Yellowstone Falls in Yellowstone Natl. Park. At 308 feet high, these falls are almost twice as high as Niagara and have the largest volume of water in the Rocky Mountains. Within Yellowstone National Park, a one-way loop drive takes you to the brink of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, offering four different views of the Lower Falls and access to a trail that leads to the top.

Perfect shot. Hard to tell the scale proportion, except for the trees that look so small compared to the fall.Rita Hoffer 14 Oct 2004
