“MAKEDSE” is an “Igorot” brave warrior. The role of the “MAKEDSE” is to protect or fight for the village people from any foe. In the early day tribal wars was the scariest, most brutal and worst “Igorot” tradition. People were fighting each other mainly because of land boundaries and if a person is killed the other villagers then get revenge. But now a day the role of the “MAKEDSE” is to bring peace and order, and to conduct peace-pact in every tribal communities engaging in tribal wars.
