NEGLECTED BABY

EDITORIAL PIECE i majored in art but have a minor in human sexuality and this piece is about how infant mortality rates are higher in third world conuntries because mothers have to leave thier unsupervised babies at home, because they need to earn a living. Children who survive are often left in charge of their youngers silbings when mom goes to work.
