every year there is in Zundert ( Van Gogh's birhttown) a painters festival around in on the birthspot of Van Gogh. Serveral model setting had to do with his work, so also this strange model, that came to the organisation the beg if he could sit as an model. He couldn't be more at his place than in this festival
