I made this ACEO sized tapestry in summer 2011. It was actually my third try at a grain elevator. The first try was woefully out of scale and thick. The second try was much better, but I tried embroidering it on the surface and I felt it didn't add much. The third try - much better! I like the clouds best, oddly enough. There are so many different light blues used in it that I wish I could capture it accurately. It is made from DMC cotton.
