Funny, it looks like that fellow is standing in the middle of the ocean, not close enough to land to be walking. I did not realize there was an island off the coast near Atlantic City.
Artist Reply: Hi! A lot of fishermen are around that area because it is shallow for traps/pots. It is an island that is just barely off the mainland and has a small connecting bridge barely noticeable as a bridge!
