Fantasia lll

This piece has been created using melted coloured beeswax and a special electric iron.I have painted the melted wax onto the glass--all sorts of faces and creatures appear in the wax---this painting is reserved for exhibition.It measures 60cm x 80cm

Beautiful; love the colors! I don't think I've ever seen a wax painting but this is great!

Artist Reply: Waxpainting is wonderful to do---its more unpredictable than any other medium--thats what I love about it! The wax is on the reverse of the glass so it will be protected in the frame.Take a look at my website www.paintingmyway.co.uk to see some more examples.
