Imagine buying 100 puzzles but instead of putting them together like thay are supposed to be, you use the pieces to create a different picture. That is the idea here. It is why I call these "alternate puzzle solutions". Not the solution (picture) intended. This one is random jigsaw puzzle pieces stacked and layered to create Marilyn.
