Edge Of Peace V2

Edge Of Peace is the work and thoughts I have about my mom who passed away one year ago. I hope she is in a better place and she is at peace. I miss her alot and my thoughts are always with her. This work I feel expresses how that peace would be and I think I was able to put that word into this piece. One day when I can see her again I know that with peace comes the calm of knowing she never has to deal with the strife and turmoil that this politically kaotic and seriously disturbed world has become. The rediculous prices of what our transportation fuel has unleashed upon us, all the rich and greedy people who take and take and have no idea what it is to give, don't get me wrong, I know there are wealthy people who do give but if the amount of wealthy people in this world gave half as much as the poor do, the world would most likely be a better place. I have witnessed people who have hardly anything giving to others who have nothing and that is a sad event unto itself. Oil companies make me sick and ashamed to be part of the human race with what they have done to this wrecked and dying planet. Our children are gonna be born into a world that is so bad, I personally would not bring a child into this world today just knowing how bad it is and continues on the downward spiral that seems to have no recovery in sight. I almost look forward to my lifes end so that I am spared the survival of living in a world that makes me sick. May the peace that is supposed to be here and within the human beings that dwell on this planet someday wake up...that is my wish, but as has been said from the beginning of time...the human race is destined to destroy itself...I'm sorry from the entire human race as a whole for everything that we have done to this wonderful planet. ....as usual, just my thoughts. ....John Michael Piper *GO CHECK OUT MY COMPANY WEBSITE AT ARTIMATIONSDESIGNCOMP.COM* * www.artimationsdesigncomp.com * ***Check it out, don't check it out.....but check it out~ J.M.Piper©2011, All Rights Reserved

Beautiful tribute to your mom. I know that all who put their trust in God unto the end of life will go to a perfect world where there will be NO DEATH, NO SORROW, NO SUFFERING, NO CRYING, NO PAIN. That world will NEVER end.

Johnny,I feel you are my soul mate,I could not agree more with your words and it is so sad what we have done and continue to do to this one of a kind planet, you have said it all and I will just add that this is very meaningful work and my POD.

Artist Reply: *Hi Ruth! Thank you so very much, it means alot to me to know that our souls are on the same wave! Sometimes it's upsetting to see what is happening right before our very eyes and connot do anything about it other than what we are already doing. I appreciate your comment once again! Take care and Happy Easter to you!
