Oh it looks cute but the little corgi grabbing the yellow balloon....he really has a fiendish plan of using it to elevate himself over the neighbor's fence. Fluffy will have seen the last of her days of mocking with that smug feline grin from her perch on the veranda while he barks in futile frustration from the lowly flower bed....
