Wildlife In The Bush

This is a piece that I had fun doing but I don't believe it would be fun standing right there...I would be a catsnack for this pair...then again they could start purring and rubbing against my legs and roll over and want their tummy's scratched...yeah right, and I'm the King Of California. Animals such as these need to be respected and protected, and are not to be reckoned with...when I hear that someone was mauled or attacked by a wild animal, I almost believe it was deserved...I mean, I was watching a discovery channel type documentary about Great White Sharks and people who were attacked and either died or barely escaped...less than ten human related shark attacks happen in this country every year...but humans kill more than 60 million sharks every year...so I believe if you are going to mess with a wild animal, the consequences are yours and yours alone...if something happens, the animal should not be blamed...they are just doing what comes natural to them...instinct. ....as usual, just my thoughts. ....John M. *GO CHECK OUT HOLIDAY DECORATED WEBSITE DESIGN AT ARTIMATIONSDESIGNCOMP.COM* **Check out ArtimationsDesignComp.com at: http://www.artimationsdesigncomp.com/ ***Check it out, don't check it out.....but check it out~ J.M.Piper©2010, All Rights Reserved

as always enjoyed reading your text with this one and so agree with you, same goes for keeping wild animals as pets then abusing and discarding them when they can no longer deal with them as adults,so many places now are having to care for them and try to get donations to run the place when they should just be left in the wild in the first place, top class work, just breathtaking, fine job!

Artist Reply: *Hi Ruth! Again I thank you so much! Yes when it comes to animals, no matter what kind, from tigers like this to our typical dog and cat house pets... people abuse and neglect them sooo much...there's a commercial that comes on tv i see sometimes, showing abused animals and it is so sad to watch that, my heart goes out to any animal that human beings have just not treated right. Thanks again Ruth! Happy Holidays!

One of the "Friskiest" scenes that are all the rage.Great faces,You gave them a nice facial expressions. So Fabulous Magnificent Painting.

Artist Reply: *Hey John thanks so much! I think it would have been easier to paint them, but this work I built from scratch, so to speak and trying to get these wild animals to look as natural as possible and Not digital was not so easy! Thanks so much again John! Happy Holidays to you!
