PRESIDENT BUSH DECLARES SPECIAL TAX INCENTIVES FOR BLUES PLAYERS President Bush has announced a special subsidy grant and tax relief program for all blues players. "Hey," said the President, "I blow a little harp myself from time to time," adding in a jab to his predecessor, "instead of having a little harpie blow me." The sweeping legislation allows for an annual $1,000 deduction for each guitar that a person owns, with a $250 deduction for harmonicas and a whopping $2500 deduction for each resonator.
