Sun gazing: an ancient practice of healing that is connected to the pineal and the pituitary glands, as well as the hypothalamus. The sun holds incredible power. It is light, sound, energy, and vibration. It is the nutrient for all life. Understanding it as a portal, or an emissary of light (life), can help all souls (sol) evolve, as well as, heal the body and mind. Science: Leaves use the sun to convert chlorophyll into sugars and starches as food. The sun helps humans in a similar way, as we are a part of nature just as the tree’s leaf….likened to you being a walking tree (tree of life). How to SG: Look directly into the sun while standing barefoot on soil at no later than one hour after sunrise, beginning with 10 seconds on the first day, and adding 10 more seconds on each consecutive day until you reach 100 seconds.

I agree with Ron Atkin re: portal. Many years ago I knew someone who was anti spirituality of any kind. One day however he became scared that he was going to go blind. He was fortunate that his next-door neighbour was into sun gazing. So he took the advice and did pretty well as Tina has suggested. After practicing for only a short time he discovered he was experiencing what he told his wife as “strange visions” – like seeing his dead grandmother at the foot of his bed. In what at first he thought was a dream she took him to a spirit plane where she now lived. To his astonishment the sun here never sets. He is still happily using his earth sun as a portal to visit his grandmother, and his eyes are now perfect.
