REFLECTION

The artist has had major exhibits in New York City, Southhampton, NY; Saginaw, MI; Miami, Palm Beach, FL; Santa Fe, Albuquerque, NM; and is represented in many private collections internationally. A painter and sculptor, the fluid lines characteristic of her style are sometimes organized into abstract compositions, but more often she avoids the non- objective and is primarily concerned with conveying the emotional essence of a subject or landscape. Renee Nemerov is the sister of Howard Nemerov, late Poet Laureate of the United States, and noted photographer Diane Arbus. This painting would sell for $850 in a gallery.
