Locust trees are in bloom

These trees have the most wounderful scent for a week each summer. My stable yard is surrounded and the scent is heavenly. I always say I have the best smelling manuer pile this time of year as it too is surrounded in by these trees. Not to mention the romantic drapey style blossoms.

I have about 6 in my yard - ooooh the fragrance is magnificent! However, I have discovered this is why I sneeze uncontrollably for a week (I can take it tho). The thorns are harsh. I keep them only for the spring blossoms lol. Wonderful photo, Deborah. Catch them after it rains - the little blossom seems become like a little fountain - very cool.
