Great capture. The loon is one of my favorite birds and I know sometimes how hard it is to get a pic. One second their there, and the next their under the water, and then you see them again half way across the lake.
Artist Reply: Indeed! My poor Dad had to paddle me around in a canoe for 45 minutes to get those 2 good shots. Up, (getting closer, getting closer!) DOWN. Wait, wait, wait... there he is over there! Paddle, paddle, paddle. Repeat! LOL!
