Artist Comments: "From time to time, I enjoy painting a still-life. This scene was inspired by a local farmers' market. I enjoyed arranging the fruit and vegetables into a pleasing composition. From the immature heads of corn to the bright magenta zinnia, each piece plays an important role. This is a pastel on Canson Mi-Teintes textured paper."

Edition length is 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered and 100 artist proofs). Prints on paper are signed and numbered by Carol Thompson, include a signed certificate of authenticity, and are shrink wrapped on fome board. Prints on canvas are signed and numbered by Carol Thompson, include a signed certificate of authenticity, and are gallery wrapped (the image is extended or mirrored to wrap around the sides of wooden stretcher bars and stapled to the back) so the print can be displayed framed or unframed.
