Wow, great and beautiful Greenhouse! I see slate on the outside, and some special variety of windows! And you can heat it with 60watts? Must be well insulated. Do you have ceiling glass /plastic to let in light too? Oh, this is a dream spot!

Artist Reply: Thanks, Julie, I am proud of this greenhouse! the windows and five skylights are double pane poly carbonite, especially designed for greenhouses. the main bench goes all around the inside and is one piece, poured in place concrete. a little 60 watt heater is put under this bench to slowly release its heat. If I did another one I would have put heating coils in the concrete and that would be my only source of heat. I also have a little tiny fan for constant air circulation. It is big enough for 150 tomatoes and they were each about 3' tall last Spring!

This is soooooo cool!! Unusual and very appealing to the eye. A wonderful place to begin again.... :-)

Artist Reply: Thank you Mary, it is my favorite hangout after April 1st when I can start my tomatoes!

Even your greenhouse is a work of art, jer!

Artist Reply: Thank you, Anna Marie, when I rebuilt it last year I didn't want to have to do it again! I can heat it with 60 watts!!! so it is pretty nice!
