Coqulicot are among my favorite flowers. Your closeup rivals Georgia O'Keefe in its sensuality and pure color. It is fun to retrieve a work and complete it, although our tastes and sensibilities change with time.

Artist Reply: Steve is a very good old friend of ours of 20 years ago. We all lived in Germany at the time, where we met. We were all expats and had no friends nor family there. So we all stayed together and we had so much fun with the group. We moved to the States, he moved with his German wife to England. We lost contact for a while but picked it up again via email and FB. It teaches you never to postpone your friendship, to delay a friendly word with each other, and always to keep up with your friends. Thanks for asking Nira.... Love and light, Olga
