Oil on canvas 3 by 4 feet. A street scene set in the slums of London during the Victorian era. An attempt to show the "good old days" were anything but good for the vast majority of people. Also that for the majority of the world it hasn't moved much past those days.

FANTASTIC WORK...

Artist Reply: Thank you for your compliment. This is the first in a series I plan on doing depicting life in the days of Dicken's. I hope they reach others as well. Thank you again.

lovely piece of fine art

Artist Reply: Thanks so much for your compliment. I am fascinated by what life was like for the majority of people in Victorian England. I am glad I did not live then but am saddened that not much has changed for many people in the world.
