Yes, I would like to hear the story too of tis wonderful arch!

Artist Reply: Thanks to ALL of you for your wonderful comments! Now...to make a long story short...the arch is made primarily of a wood form, covered by hand-shaped chicken wire fencing, then covered with concrete. After the concrete dried...I plastered and painted it. Sounds easy, but it sure wasn't, and took most of the summer of 2008 to build it...in sections.
