What is the life exspectency of the Thailand people. Thanks for sharing this menu for I'll not go to a Thailand restraunt!

WOW - I'm with Sharon- you would have to have a strong stomach to see this - I would absolutely lose my appetite. Poor little guys.

I tried frogs legs once...did not like them...I do feel that since they are disappearing at such an alarming rate, they could find something else to eat, that is not on an endangered list

With amphibians decreasing all over the world. This seems like a pity. There is a "Frog Festival" in Rayne, Louisiana as well. Unfortunately, the conservation techniques and temperature would not meet Public Health standards in the US.
