I am rather proud of this little Italian grape variety as this is the fifth generation of these that came from Italy, via my gardener grandfather. They are no longer 'unique' around this part of the state, as I have given many, "shoots" away to people who love this type of wine grape and now have their own mini-vineyards from it.
