Charming... lovely colors and technicque! Who is Brumback?

Artist Reply: She was an early 20th century impressionist painter. Born in Rochester 1867 and died in France in 1929. I stumbled on this peice in American Art magazine as I was looking for an oil painting I could emulate using acrylics. I mixed in lots of gloss medium gel to get an "oil" look. Her style olso makes me think "oil".
