SPIDER MOTHER

I SAW HER INCHIN ALONG THE CEMENT FLOOR SILENT WITHOUT A WORD TENDERLY CARRYING HER YOUNG...AT FIRST I COULD NOT TELL WHY SHE LOOKED SO ODD UNTIL I GOT CLOSER TO SEE THAT SHE HAD ALL HER BABIES SNUGGLY ON HER BACK, IF THIS IS NOT LOVE I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS...IT IS AMAZING TO ME...THANKS FOR VIEWING, HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY...I ADMIRE SPIDERS IN MANY WAYS, I TRY TO SEE BEYOND THE APPEARANCE OF ALL THINGS AND LOOK INTO THE SPIRIT AND SOUL OF CREATURES AND HUMANS, I TRY...THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO EVERYTHING THAN WE REALIZE SOMETIMES AND I KNOW U ALL KNOW THAT...IT TOUCHED MY HEART WHEN I FOUND HER THAT EVENING, UNASSUMING, CARING FOR HER LARGE FAMILY. I HAVE KNOWN SOME HUMANS THAT HAVE NOT DISPLAYED SUCH DEDICATION...I SEE MORE THAN MINDLESS FUNCTION IN THIS, I SEE MORE THAN SCIENCE AND MOVEMENT...I SEE A WILL AND A PURPOSE IN HER...O' I FOUND HER AT WORK, IN THE AIRPLANE HANGAR, HER VAST JOURNEY ACROSS THE NEVER ENDING FLOOR, SOME WHERE TO A CORNER NO DOUBT, SHE IS A HARMLESS SPIDER NOTHING DEADLY...NOT IN MY HOUSE...MOST SPIDERS ARE BENEFICIAL TO NATURE, THEY EAT THE BUGS THAT RUIN PLANTS ETC. VERY FEW ARE DEADLY OR A THREAT TO HUMANS...

When I lived in Georgia I was stung once by one: my elbow was extremely painful and swollen for a long time! I thinks it's a great macro Christine~

Brown Recluse can be deadly to children! Some carry the egg sac with them until the young break free and eat her! Great picture!

Amazing photo, but I would have her raise her brood OUTSIDE!!! Wonderful insight into all creatures, great and small!!
