Every Day Matters item #37 - Draw Some Keys

Keys are pretty important on my list of every day items. This particular set of keys is especially important to me - at least the key fob that is holding the keys. My sister Rox gave this to me as a gift. She bought this in Ireland in 2001. Rox passed away from cancer in Dec 2008.

It seems that your dear sister is still holding your life together one way or the other, Greg. Fine drawing with great meaning to you. Pockets are places we put things we need it is funny to think that those things might need us too. (Sorry for the stupid thought.)

You have made poetry out of the ordinary, Greg! I know this key fob is a treasure to you...

Greg, I didn't read your story about these keys and key chain... ... and I'm touched by it. We all have these treasures, and now I'm totally happy I made this one as my pic of the day. LOVE AND LIGHT, OLGA

GET OUT OF HER...I love this pencil drawing... and you know why? ( I just "lost" my keys today after teaching my art class. You know where they were? Hanging in the blinds!! I put them down in the window sill, since I ALWAYS LOOSE THEM, and we darkened the room/The wires picked up my keys and were hanging high up. Can you believe this??? It's my pic of the day GREG!
