BeTween Projects ... :-) 1987/8

Photo was taken with Olympus, I believe. 1986/7 (and not as written on the photo)
Another scanned photo from paper, a long before I dreamed of a digital camera.
A photo of my first cat, Shupulupa, or shupulu...as I also used to call her, it has no meaning, but it has a sound
. Here she found a real good place at a shelf I used to have under my working table, between my papers.
As you can see, I was not too much of an organized person inside shelves :-) .. But the artistic projects, that time of my life were coming to college in perfect condition of presentation... So much projects I was working on, left no time to arrange the shelf, usually ;-)... ( only in vacations)
I loved her SO very much. I learned what cat means from her. She was my first cat.

Thanks for viewing and commenting.
Have a splendid day !

Beautiful. I think almost everyone has a shelf like yours Nira.

Artist Reply: Dearest Reba.. thanks so much.. NO... Not all have such shelf, my friend.. believe me, my mother never had such shelf, and will never have also :-)... I was living that time still with my parents, since my mom admired my creation, but not the mess, I was asked to leave my door closed, that she'll not see the BALAGAN :-).

SHE IS SUCH A BEAUTY, AND I CAN FEEL HOW YOU MISS HER, AS I DO MY RAGGEDY LONG GONE. YOUR SHELF LOOKS LIKE MY ART AREA, ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM HOT IN A PROJECT! EVERYTHING GETS THROWN AROUND, BUT THE ARTWORK IS GORGEOUS!

Artist Reply: Emily... I very much understand your feelings to Raggedy... and I'm glad that I'm not the only one that is not organized while having pressure of inspirational projects. I loved my Shupulupa VERY MUCH. My uncle gave it to my family as a present in the 80's.. and she's the reason, I learned what cats really means. Before I had her, believe it or not, I had fears from cats, and I was in my 20's. I can't thank enough to that discovery of my life, and the HUGE CHANGE, it brought to my life, LOVING CATS. Thanks so much... regards, Nira.

That's one cute Shupulupa....it does have meaning...it's your cat's name, and it probably means love in some language in the Galaxy!

Artist Reply: Love to read your intuitive insights of comments, goes so well with this picture and Shupulupa herself. What I meant is, there are names which has meanings, "Shupulupa" was an invention of mine, Jorge.... Just like that it came to my mind in the 80's... perhaps there was a reason, described in your creative comments. I read once that parents give intuitively their kids, the perfect suitable name....... :-) The photo by the way, taken in 86 /7 and not as written by me earlier. Thanks so much!
