Awesome Shot!

Artist Reply: Thank you very much Deb. There was more barn to the left, but I didn't own a wide-angle lens when I took this picture on an early photo safari in Vermont. Appreciate your stopping by to take a look.

good eye!

Artist Reply: Thank you, Maureen. This was early in my life as a photographer, and I was very encouraged by the results. Appreciate your stopping by.

i love this photo it almost replicates a surreal painting because of the warped floors and ceilings.

Artist Reply: Thank you very much Courtney. I would love to see what one of the talented artists on AW could do with a painting of this barn. Maybe I'll experiment with a little PhotoShop "warp-age" myself. I appreciate your feedback.

What stories it could tell. Nice feel with the clouds.

Artist Reply: Thanks Mike. The clouds turned out to be a real bonus on an otherwise dreary day. You never know. . .

I love old buildings, they don't make them like they used to. Today's buildings are too cookie cutter. Great shot!

Artist Reply: Thank you very much Mark. Glad you stopped by to take a look.

Hi Mike The olden time always pleases me and your works are highly professional

Artist Reply: Thank you very much Ulughbek. I like pictures of old barns, buildings and cities. They tell many stories. I enjoy your paintings of old cities; they are excellent works of art.

Great composition. The ominous sky adds mystery to the mood.

Artist Reply: Thanks Stuart. I was originally disappointed about not having a nice sunny day for shooting. Quickly realized that the bad weather was good for this shot.

really interesting shot, Mike.

Artist Reply: Thank you Stefani. At the time, I didn't have a wide angle lens, so had to stand back as far as possible. I appreciate your comment.

Nice photo, I am sure it has a story to tell. jerry

Artist Reply: Thank you Jerry. Wish I knew the history, too. Clearly, cow barns in Vermont had to be large and sturdy.

Artist Reply: Thank you very much for your feedback Regina.
