This 2' x 3' Oil painting Artwork on white cardboard was done by me in Khorfakkan, Sharjah emirates in 1985. This was my First Oil painting on cardboard in UAE.

oil on paper is such a refreshing way to paint, i have done this many times myself, the paper has a discipline that is different from canvas......sometimes i soak the paper in linseed oil so in certain areas the oil spreads and stains beyond my lines........its all fun and a real "edu-creational" experience......galloDelfina Mendonça 27 Jan 2009
