Kasteel Well, 2002

Castle Well is located in Well, Holland. Our dear friend Inga was working there for the last 9 years as a counsler to help the overseas students who attended there for a semester. The Castle Well was built in the late 1600's by a Duke of Germany. The Duke was called to war and he asked his brother to watch over the castle. When the war was over and the the Duke returned, to his surprise his brother would not allow him back in the castle. The Duke was really-really mad and put a cursed to his brother and his families or who ever live in the castle for the next 500 years. Well since that time, there has been many strange things happening there until the college took over back in the early 90's. Inga, put her notice in and informed us that she's leaving but if we have the chance, come over and stay there for a few evenings. We didn't think twice and jump to it. The experiance was rather eerie to say the least. The floor boards do talk... and yes, there is a tree that grew as what you see in the painting. 2 by 4 acrylic 2002
