Artist Reply: Charlie, What a wonderful comment on my Albemarle Sound Sunset Photo in N.C. Photo was taken during the first two or three years following my initial interest in taking up photography as an avocation following retirement!. It is probably in the top 5 or 10 of my favorites of all the hundreds of shots I've ever taken. This one, probably, more than any other photo, gave me the inspiration to continue. It was like being told, "you can take many great photos and perhaps imporove technique and learn more, and enjoy the challenge along the way." This photo rec'd more hits and great comments than any other I've posted on "Art Wanted.com." Thanks so much for your great comment!. I am still a little under the weather, but I am starting to notice good improvement each day!. It's been so cold here and I don't tolerate it well! I really appreciate your response, especially because you are so gifted and talented as an artist. We love your painting -- it is the preimminent piece of art in our house.
