Just something fun I did Playing around in Photo shop! I had a image of a girl diving and scanned it into photoshop and created a new blank image and pasted it in. Insted of haveing her vertical I rotated her horizontal, I used the clone tool to paint her bathing suite off, and used the paintbrush to fill in the background with color and clouds, then used a few filters like Gaussian blur on background several times. I drew in the wings and then added effects like emboss to give detail. then just did some color correction and added warm high lights to make it feel as if the sun was above and behind her! I think it came out with a high atmospheric feel! She could just free fall for 5 minutes or so before having to flap her wings
