Well firstly...give us a description XD I'm real nosey and I want to know about this character. "blah" doesn't tell me much I mean...what is he about? How did you colour it and how long did it take you? I like your overall character design, there is a few probs with anatomy but I suck at it myself. Try ArtMorgue.com for some rrrrreferences ;) One of my characters has wings so I can appreciate how tough it is. They actually look pretty good, but are hidden by the layers of colouring on top. If you're interested, email me ([email protected]) and I'll try and find you a great tutorial I used to have about line art and layers on Photoshop/PSP (assuming that's what you've used?). I like the folds in the clothes and I really understand how tough that is, you've done a good job but the secret is in the colouring. Accurate lighting (how light affects and interracts with surfaces) can account for a lot in picture quality. In your mind try and define a lightsource, if you pick one point work out from there where your shadow will go. I know I sound like I'm critising a lot, but you've got some real nice ideas so keep chipping away and you'll soon improve. Good luck ;)
