This is probably the most original "realism" painting I have ever done. The wolves were done completely from memory and the branches from real life. My mother shook her head as she watched me drag in branch after branch down into her basement where I used to go paint. :) Today my niece and her husband own what I now dub " my PRETTY wolves".
