So, What are our rituals? Up at the same time each day. Have dinner the same time. Watch the same shows, Do the same things day in and day out. Same issues and problems. At what point did we change? When was it that happiness became frustrations? Over time we start to struggle within ourselves and sacrifice who we are and become someone else. We stray from the path. This is a piece that looks at our inner demons and how we let them over come us, we let them control our judgement. We only need to remember, no matter how beaten or broke we are, our spirit can still soar and find it's way home.
