Rain in Apia

It rained quite heavily our first day in Samoa, but I wasn't going to let that stop us from going to the market. A flash flood meant the food market street was knee deep in water. This is under cover at the flea market. Our best buy was 2 strands of pink, fresh water pearls. We got quite wet on the walk back, but it was warm.

Dynamitic photos for what appears to be a downcast day.

I don't think rain would have stopped me either visiting this beautiful area - wow - I so want to go now - you have captured so many beautiful photos!!!!

The colors of this plush place are so beautiful and I see they even have brilliant colors on their bus. I would guess the rain would feel good on a hot day although that looks like a bit much.

Artist Reply: Thanks. The buses are painted with different colour schemes, so you can immediately tell where they will take you.
