Western Screech Owl

This sculpture represents a grey phase Screech Owl. It is found throughout North America. This sculpture was made from Southern Tupelo wood, painted in Acrylics and mounted on an Oak base. Approx. 260 hrs to complete.

This is one of my favorites-I have a small vintage jewelry store and sell anything w/ OWLS,pendants,pins..is there a way to carve small OWLS and make charms and pendants out of them-it could be a big business!!??!
